About us

Welcome to our little world – we are so excited to have you here.
We are Daniel and Hayley, the faces behind Clear Colours Collective. A duo that loves to create together; be it music, renovating, cooking or just creating memories together! Our intention is to bring happiness, creativity and sense of calm to the world through sound.

Daniel

Originally from New Zealand, I grew up on a small orchard where life was always packed with adventure and creativity. This taught me to appreciate what was around me and to take into account the little details of life and nature. Thinking creatively has followed me through my life; crafting with timber, clay and anything I could get my hands on. Music was always a part of my life, but I only picked up an instrument at age twenty-five. Throughout that time I have truly come to realise that sound and music is intrinsically linked to us all and what I want to do is to create unique experiences that people can enjoy.

Hayley

Music has been (and still is) an integral part of my life. Growing up listening to music and watching ABC’s Rage on TV, my curiosity was sparked and the life-long adventure of learning to play instruments begun. I loved the way music could make you feel, the way you could enter a state of complete flow while playing an instrument – such a powerful and enticing modality.

I stumbled across yoga in my early twenties when I was going through a challenging time with mental health. My mum read an article in the newspaper speaking to the benefits of yoga and she thought it might help me – sometimes things have a way of finding you when you need it the most. At first I was sceptical that it would help, but wow what a life changing moment! I attended my first yoga class and never looked back.

A continued and forever student of this practice, I’ve also trained in the field; 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, 50hr Restorative Yoga (The Yoga Social), Sound Healing Level 1 and Level 2 (Kindred Souls Collective).

My passion is to bring these modalities together. A place of sound, creation and flow infused with wellbeing, self care and rest.
