The Power of Sound: Explained
Lead with intention, handmade Tibetan bowls are played around and on your body as you recline in comfort on the massage table.
The sound and vibrations produced by the bowls help guide your body into a parasympathetic state—the body's natural state of rest and recovery.
The differing sound frequencies encourage your brain to shift from Beta state (our normal, everyday mode) into Alpha (relaxed focus) and even Theta (a meditative, dream-like state), helping you to unwind on a deeper level.
The use of sound is associated with benefits such as reduced stress, anxiety relief and improved overall mood, leaving you feeling calmer and more at ease.

You are invited to find a comfortable reclined position on the massage table for your session, please wear comfortable clothes and socks (for the ultimate relaxation experience!).

For safety reasons, Tibetan Singing Bowls may not be suitable for individuals who:
• Are in the first trimester of pregnancy. While bowls are not placed on the body at any stage of pregnancy, it’s still advised to wait until after this period.
• Have sound-induced epilepsy.
• Have metal implants, a pacemaker, stent, shunt, artificial heart valve, or an implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD). Please consult your doctor before attending a session.

1:1 Sound Sessions are held at Eclipse Yoga & Wellness - 216 Richmond Road, Marleston SA.
Please note that this venue requires access via stairs.
